La notte avvolge con il suo abbraccio tutto quello che incontra.

Un tocco vellutato e sordo a cui niente può sottrarsi.

La notte però non è solo buio assoluto, ma rappresenta la possibilità di poter godere di quelle luci notturne, dai toni freddi, che come dita affusolate e candide sfiorano delicate le superfici che riescono a raggiungere inondando tutto con un tocco di magia.

Questo fa la luna, quando in quei pochi giorni dell’anno rischiara con inusitato fervore le nostre notti terrene.

In quei casi tutto si accende di meraviglia, come questa natura morta che trova un’interessante equilibrio tra il torpore notturno ed il pallore lunare in grado di accendere sfumature brillanti e perlacee laddove non ci saremmo aspettati.

Night envelops everything it encounters with its embrace.

A velvety, dull touch from which nothing can escape.

The night, however, is not only absolute darkness, but represents the possibility of being able to enjoy those night lights, with their cool tones, that like tapered, snow-white fingers delicately touch the surfaces they manage to reach, flooding everything with a touch of magic.

This is what the moon does, when on those few days of the year it illuminates our earthly nights with unusual fervour.

In those instances everything lights up with wonder, like this still life that finds an interesting balance between the torpor of the night and the pallor of the moon that is able to ignite brilliant and pearly hues where we would not expect them.
