Giuseppe Menozzi ai Musei Vaticani

Il 12 Giugno i membri e gli amici della Sezione Italiana e Internazionale dei Mecenati delle Arti nei Musei Vaticani si sono riuniti per una serata indimenticabile ai Musei Vaticani.

Gli ospiti sono stati accompagnati in un percorso esclusivo nel Cortile del Bramante, nella Galleria Chiaramonti, alcune sale del Palazzo Apostolico, ed una visita privata alla Cappella Sistina dopo la chiusura al pubblico.

In seguito si è tenuto un ricevimento nel Cortile del Bramante con discorso di benvenuto di Barbara Jatta, Direttrice dei Musei Vaticani. È stata perciò sottolineata l’importanza dell’impegno dei mecenati e del loro ruolo fondamentale per quanto riguarda la conservazione, il restauro e la fruibilità. L’anello che permette di continuare ad unire il passato al futuro.

Monsignor Terence Hogan, coordinatore dei Patroni delle Arti nei Musei Vaticani, ha ringraziato ed ha evidenziato l’importanza della crescente comunità internazionale dei Patroni.

Nel corso della serata è intervenuta anche la Presidente del Capitolo, Sabrina Zappia, presentando i risultati dei restauri.

Grazie a Pedro Trengrouse e a Padre Omar Raposo si è costituita una comunità di sostenitori brasiliani.

In riconoscimento del loro straordinario impegno nella costruzione e nel rafforzamento della comunità dei Patroni brasiliani, Pedro Trengrouse e Padre Omar Raposo hanno ricevuto un dono speciale: un’opera originale dell’artista di fama internazionale Maestro Giuseppe Menozzi .

Il Maestro Menozzi , le cui opere sono presenti in importanti collezioni pubbliche e private, è anche il fondatore di un’ispiratrice iniziativa di arteterapia che utilizza la creatività come strumento di guarigione, inclusione e crescita personale. Attraverso i suoi successi artistici e la sua visione umanitaria, ha dimostrato il potere trasformativo dell’arte di connettere le persone, promuovere il dialogo e arricchire le vite. La sua generosa donazione di una delle sue opere è stata un significativo simbolo di gratitudine e dei valori condivisi che uniscono i Mecenati delle Arti dei Musei Vaticani, provenienti da culture e continenti diversi.

La baronessa Amy Gallant d’Anthonay, co-fondatrice del Capitolo Italiano e Internazionale, ha parlato del futuro del Capitolo, dando inoltre il benvenuto ai nuovi Patroni francesi.

Questa, per Menozzi, è stata sicuramente un’occasione unica, l’opportunità che suggella, una volta di più, l’importanza del suo percorso nell’arte che si affaccia nel sociale.

Un cammino che nasce dall’introspezione e sfocia in un dialogo antalgico col prossimo, un anello che brilla di unicità nella fitta maglia che compone il mondo dell’arte.

Giuseppe Menozzi at the Vatican Museums

On 12 June, members and friends of the Italian & International Chapter of the Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums gathered for an unforgettable evening at the Vatican Museums.

Guests were taken on an exclusive tour of the Bramante Courtyard, the Chiaramonti Gallery, several rooms in the Apostolic Palace, and a private visit to the Sistine Chapel after it had closed to the public.

This was followed by a reception in the Bramante Courtyard, with a welcome address by Barbara Jatta, Director of the Vatican Museums. The importance of the patrons’ commitment and their fundamental role in conservation, restoration and accessibility was thus emphasised. They form the link that continues to unite the past with the future.

Monsignor Terence Hogan, coordinator of the Patrons of the Arts at the Vatican Museums, expressed his gratitude and highlighted the importance of the growing international community of Patrons.

During the evening, the President of the Chapter, Sabrina Zappia, also spoke, presenting the results of the restoration work.

Thanks to Pedro Trengrouse and Father Omar Raposo, a community of Brazilian supporters has been established.

In recognition of their extraordinary commitment to building and strengthening the Brazilian Patrons community, Pedro Trengrouse and Padre Omar Raposo were presented with a special gift: an original work by internationally acclaimed artist Maestro Giuseppe Menozzi.

Maestro Menozzi, whose works are represented in important public and private collections, is also the founder of an inspiring art therapy initiative that uses creativity as a tool for healing, inclusion, and personal growth. Through both his artistic achievements and his humanitarian vision, he has demonstrated the transformative power of art to connect people, foster dialogue, and enrich lives. His generous donation of one of his works served as a meaningful symbol of gratitude and of the shared values that unite the Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums across cultures and continents.

Baroness Amy Gallant d’Anthonay, co-founder of the Italian and International Chapter, spoke about the future of the Chapter and also welcomed the new French Patrons.

For Menozzi, this was undoubtedly a unique occasion – an opportunity that once again underscores the significance of his artistic journey, which engages with social issues.

A journey that springs from introspection and flows into a healing dialogue with others, a link that shines with uniqueness within the dense network that makes up the art world.
